Shelley is a multi-faceted creative leader with 20 years of experience across the direct selling channel, including marketing, brand strategy, video production, events and more.

She has been an integral part of the SUCCESS Partners team for more than 15 years and currently leads the marketing and creative teams, driving both internal marketing efforts and creative development for a client list that includes some of the most innovative brands in the channel today.

With ninja-like project management skills and a unique balance of left- and right-brain thinking, she helps take a business objective or challenge, develop a strategy of creative solutions and then execute by leading a team of talented creatives (on budget and on time) delivering meaningful creative that works.

Her passions center around leadership, serving and developing others. One of the most fulfilling parts of her work is when people feel encouraged, heard and challenged because it fuels unbelievable levels of creativity, execution and teamwork.

As the sole female in a house of boys, she experiences “What’s that smell?” as a daily question. Her free time is mostly spent shuffling stinky boys to practices and sitting at dirty ballparks - but she's loving every minute of it.
