Craig White is a network marketing leader who has helped generate well in excess of £100m in team sales, as well as being a three-time author and global speaker.

Craig stumbled into network marketing in 2001 the way most people do - through fear. Fear of going back to a 9 to 5. He returned from travelling with over £10k of debt, living with his parents and driving a £50 written-off VW Sirocco a friend had lent him the money to buy. The only thing he had going for him was a willingness to work harder for himself than he ever had for a boss. Nine weeks later he had reached his first leadership level and was on a free trip to Rome.What that version of the story leaves out is what was happening underneath. Just weeks after starting his business, Craig lost his closest friend Jamie in a fatal motorbike accident. Devastated and emotionally vacant, he made a decision. He was going to chase every dream he and Jamie had ever talked about. The cars, the lifestyle, the houses, the holidays, the fun. He has proven that from great loss eventually comes great strength.

Over the 25 years since, Craig has built teams around the world, pioneered a shift in the UK away from throw-enough-mud recruitment towards genuine coaching and leadership. He joined us for the high achievers panel last year, and we are delighted to welcome him to the Mastermind Event mainstage in 2026.
